Colour jet 3D printing

Fast, affordable 3D printing that can produce colour models in a matter of hours:

  • Fastest speed 3D printers – 28mm per hour
  • Print up to 1 million different colours including true black using CMYK
  • High resolution – built-in 100 micron layers, 600dpi x 540dpi
  • Max build volume – 380 mm x 250 mm x 200 mm
  • Larger sizes can be achieved by printing in sections and joining

Ideal for:

  • Conceptual models for architects for both in house design iterations and for client consultation, improving on communication and speed to construction
  • Master planning plug models – show context with insertable options
  • Interactive construction model for bids and presentation. The colour element works well to highlight structures and details like Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
  • Product / concept design – hold a realistic colour model in your hand to evaluate and refine designs

Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing

Produce large 3D printed models with precise accuracy and superior surface finish

  • Sharp edges, best surface finish available
  • Transparent or opaque finishes
  • Biocompatible
  • Highest resolution – 50 microns
  • Max build volume – 1500 mm x 650 mm x 550 mm, large models can be tiled

Ideal for:

  • Components for architectural model makers – smooth finish allows for less post production prior to painting
  • Large detailed master planning models
  • High-end marketing models with traditional model making finishes
  • Injection moulding and vacuum casting
  • Smooth finish and accuracy for automotive and aerospace models
